About the project.
Two towers. Two experiences. One destination.
Some places stay with us. Not only for what they once were, but for the memories, the stories and the traces they leave from one generation to the next. The Luzaj family's land in Vlora is one of them.
At the heart of this heritage stands Isuf Luzaj (1913–2000) — poet, philosopher and Albanian intellectual, born in Kaninë. His life took him far from home, from Paris to Buenos Aires and on to the United States, yet his bond with Vlora never changed.
Luzaj Towers is born of that bond.
An inherited name that takes a new form in two towers, where residences, a hotel, an apart-hotel, dining and wellbeing come together in a new standard of living.

Architecture
COOP HIMMELB(L)AU, Wolf D. Prix.
Luzaj Towers is designed by COOP HIMMELB(L)AU, the Austrian studio based in Vienna, founded in 1968 by Wolf D. Prix and his partners.
Known for experimental architecture and bold forms, the studio has built a language of its own that challenges the traditional norms of design.
At Luzaj Towers, that approach takes the form of two towers with fluid silhouettes and organic shapes, set on a monolithic base. Continuous balconies, a modular façade and distinctive geometries make for a dynamic architecture, open to the light, the sea and the mountains.
A contemporary work that gives Vlora a new presence on the horizon.
